V-Infinity Power
CUI's power line, V-Infinity, consists of external and embedded ac-dc power supplies, dc-dc converters, LED driver modules, and digital point-of-load modules that ra nge from 0.25 to 2400 watts. This diversified line has taken years to develop and refine, and now serves as a complete power resource, offering a power conversion solution from the wall all the way down to the IC.
Motion Control
CUI's Motion Control line offers one of the industry's widest ranges of rotary encoders for motion control applications. From the world's smallest optical shaft encoder, to the ground breaking proprietary technology utilized in the AMT modular encoder, CUI is quickly positioning itself as a preeminent source for motion control products.
Components
CUI’s Components line incorporates our Interconnect, Sound, and Thermal products. Through the Components line CUI is able to offer our customers a diverse range of products with strong distribution support.
Interconnect: CUI’s connector portfolio focuses on three main areas: power, audio, and signal. The strong distribution presence developed for this line coupled with an incredibly diverse selection and on-line design tools provide customers the ability to drastically cut down on their design cycle.
Sound: CUI’s sound division supports three product segments: speakers, buzzers, and microphones. Within each segment, CUI’s product breadth and quick-turn modification capabilities offer the design engineer flexibility to specify the right audio solution for their project.
Thermal: CUI’s thermal management line encompasses a comprehensive range of Peltier cooling modules. These devices utilize the Peltier effect, a process whereby electrical current flows through two dissimilar conductors, and depending on the direction of current flow, the junction of the two conductors will either absorb or release heat. With the growing need to remove heat from electrical equipment as power density and power consumption increase, these modules present a unique cooling solution across many potential applications.
