V-Infinity introduces new U-frame packaging with screw terminals for a number of their 15W, 25W, and 30W 2”x2” dc-dc converters. The units are designed to be mounted on a chassis, taking away the need for PCB soldering. Screw terminal connections further increase the ease of installation. The rugged design of the U-frame series makes it suitable for a number of industrial applications, including automotive, testing, and automation equipment.

Exact dimensions of the U-frame series measure 2.25x3.0x0.6 in. Units are rated from 15-30W with 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage ranges available. All models are fully isolated and come with six sided EMI shielding. OEM pricing starts at $68.47 per 100pcs through Digi-Key. Aside from the standard models, V-Infinity can provide custom U-frame packaging for any of their dc-dc converters (1.5-200W).
