Welcome to Tech Insights!

Tech Insights™ is a blog created by the CUI team that is dedicated to keeping you at the forefront of the latest product and technology trends impacting the electronics industry. The posts in this blog are authored by our experienced group of leaders at CUI, who bring a wealth of knowledge in key areas of the business. Based on our team’s industry expertise, we share content that we believe is relevant to today’s engineers and will best serve them in their profession. We ultimately pride ourselves on providing helpful tools and resources engineers can rely upon and we hope you will find Tech Insights to be another useful resource as you work on your next design.

Our posts on Tech Insights typically focus on the main technologies and products our company offers; Power, Interconnect, Audio, Motion, and Thermal Management. Our approach to each post falls into three main types detailed below:

Engineering Essentials – These “back-to-basics” posts look to answer common questions and design challenges that we hear from engineers on a regular basis.

In the Industry – True to its name, these posts keep engineers informed on the latest industry standards and news that could have major implications on their design, such as the rapidly evolving efficiency standards for external power supplies.

Design Views – There are many important factors to weigh during product selection, so these posts offer up our top things to consider when selecting various products for an application.

If you have any comments or feedback as well as topics that you would like to see us cover in the future, please send us an email at techinsights@cui.com.
