Description
The P78B-500 Series is a family of compact non-isolated dc-dc converters designed to offer a high performance alternative to linear regulators. Housed in a compact 3-pin SIP package, this series is pin compatible with LM78XX model regulators, and features low ripple and noise. Additionally, the P78 dc switching regulator does not require a heat sink, making it ideal for applications where board space is at a premium and energy efficiency is a concern.
