Description

The compact P7805-S non-isolated dc-dc converter series has been designed to offer a high performance alternative to linear regulators. Utilizing switching technology, this series is footprint compatible with TO-220 package LM78XX and LM79XX model regulators. Unlike linear regulators, the P7805-S dc switching regulator is extremely efficient and does not require a heat sink, making it ideal for applications where board space is at a premium and maximizing energy efficiency is a concern.
