1907/2006/EC (REACH)

This is to certify that the CUI part numbers listed above are in compliance with the restrictions described in Annex XVII of regulation 1907/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 18th, 2006, and do not contain listed Annex XVII substances.

With regards to REACH Annex XIV, the CUI part numbers listed above do not use a substance subject to the authorization process to produce, maintain, or repair parts. With regards to REACH Article 33, the CUI part numbers listed above do not contain the 224 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above 0.1% w/w at the article level, except for any substance(s) listed under RoHS exemptions.
