Description

The VQA3-S series is a 7-pin SIP isolated dc-dc converter designed for IGBT driver applications. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, 5000 Vdc isolation, and high efficiency operation up to 87%, these dc-dc converters are ideally suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications.
