Description
The VQA3S-S series is a 7-pin SIP isolated dc-dc converter designed with IGBT and SiC drivers in mind. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, short circuit protections, and high efficiency operation up to 87%, these dc-dc converters are best suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications.
