CUI Inc has added three new rep organizations to sell their full range of electronic components products. The companies are Schillinger Associates, Inc., Thorson Pacific, Inc., and TriStar Group.
Schillinger Associates is headquartered in Indiana and serves the Eastern Midwest. Thorson Pacific is headquartered in Oregon and serves the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. TriStar Group is headquartered in Texas and serves Texas and Mexico. CUI has historically used an inside sales focused approach, however to accomplish their aggressive sales goals they are moving forward with augmenting that with professional rep organizations. CUI’s VP of Worldwide Sales Mark Adams states, “I am extremely excited that we have just increased our sales head count in the field by 36, and we are still looking to put on additional reps in other territories.”
In an industry first, CUI has chosen that in addition to sales commission the rep firms will also receive a charity commission to be donated to the charities of their choosing. Adams comments, “One of CUI’s core values is generosity which includes philanthropic giving. We give in our local community and we want to also give in the communities in which we do business. This program will allow us to give more than $50,000 next year to communities outside of our own."
CUI is a technology company focused on the development and distribution of electronic components. At the leading edge of power supply design, the organization supports customers as they strive to improve the energy efficiency and environmental credentials of their application.
CUI Inc. is a subsidiary of CUI Global, Inc., a publicly traded company whose common stock trades on the NASDAQ Exchange under the symbol CUI.
