Farnell, an Avnet Company and CUI Inc Enter into Global Distribution Agreement

CUI, a Bel group company has announced that it has signed a global franchise agreement with Farnell, a global distributor of electronic components, products, and solutions. This expansion aligns with CUI’s growth strategy to serve the engineering community throughout Europe with an extensive line of ac-dc and dc-dc power supplies.

“Farnell has been an important partner for Bel and expanding the availability of CUI’s product portfolio aligns well with CUI’s goal of providing engineers ease of access to product and information,” said Anna Randak, CUI’s Vice President and General Manager. “We know that Farnell can help us meet the needs of our European customer base and expand our footprint within Europe.”

Farnell has taken on just under 800 of CUI’s products from their portfolio. The broad range of products will meet the needs of the consumer, IoT, industrial, and medial industries with the latest designs and safety requirements.
